In this pivotal role, you’ll not only be the ‘face’ of Youngstars International but also the custodian of our vision, embodying our commitment to create a transformative impact on society worldwide.
As our CEO, you’ll inspire and empower our dynamic team, drive performance, and ensure our human resources structure is optimized and efficient. You will work closely with and guided by our esteemed Supervisory Board, carrying forward our mission with a goal-oriented and servant mindset.
Role Highlights

Vision Bearer As the CEO, you’ll be entrusted with bringing our vision to life within the Youngstars network, inspiring and mobilizing teams to create maximum impact.

Network Catalyst You’ll maintain and coordinate an extensive database of contacts, including national coordinators and national movements (partners), fostering collaboration and synergy.

Community Leader From leading monthly National Coordinator discussions to organizing annual National Coordinator Meetings, your role will encompass diverse elements of leadership and coordination to all stakeholders like working groups.

Financial Steward You’ll oversee financial management in conjunction with the accounting department and the Board of Supervisors’ treasurer, ensuring fiscal responsibility at all levels.

Partner Liaison Externally, you’ll nurture and manage critical relationships with partners and other organizations, contributing to our growth and influence.
|
Administration As CEO, you’ll ensure that our operations run smoothly, overseeing and streamlining all office administration duties, processes, and systems. Your organizational skills will keep the Association in order and make it more efficient and agile. |
Who You Are
- A seasoned leader with experience in managing non-profit or faith-based organizations.
- Passionate about our mission, with the ability to inspire and mobilize others.
- A servant leader, committed to leading with empathy, humility, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Financially savvy, with experience in managing budgets, financial reports, and cost trends.
- A relationship builder, adept at fostering and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders.
