The political and economic situation remains challenging in many of our partner countries. Yet, we continue to witness how the Youngstars movement brings hope, builds community, and shapes young lives.

Youngstars International supports local teams in developing and strengthening this work. In many congregations, the movement is still in its early stages – which makes it all the more important that we invest together in leadership, training, and resources.

Thanks to the generous support of donors, sponsor runs, and many dedicated partners, we have been able to make a real impact over the past years.

Now we want to take the next step: investing in new projects, in national networks, and in the next generation of leaders. Every partnership helps turn this vision into reality.

Our most important tasks are:

· Coaching: Supporting national coordinators, especially in countries where the work is still in its early stages.

· Organization of trainings and camps: Planning and conducting training sessions and camps in various countries.

· Course and training material development: Creating and adapting materials for coaching and training.

· Network expansion: Expanding the network and maintaining existing relationships.
